Visible Access

See Who You Are Letting In

Enhance Building Security with Advanced Video Entry

Visible Access works with most installed Apartment/Condo door entry systems to add video to the existing voice solution. Tenants get to use their smartphones to see who they are letting in. In the event of a security incident, video archives are available. For those tenants who don’t own a smart phone or just prefer voice, the system automatically switches to a traditional voice approach.

Services

Benefits

The Visible Access Solution provides a few primary benefits, including:

Calls go to an app on your smartphone, wherever you happen to be. See who you are about to let in.

Land lines are being eliminated in most communities. This converts your system to 4G, freeing you from your local telco.

No Need to Replace

It works with your existing system. No need to rip and replace. This saves you thousands of dollars. And limits wall damage.

Tailored Solution for Your Specific Location

Each door entry location/system is slightly different from all others. Maybe you want the camera overhead. Perhaps there isn’t room for a 4G modem in your lobby. No need to worry. Visible Access has designed its system in a modular way to allow your professional installer to customize the system to your particular needs.

Flexible Application

Whether in a large apartment complex, a gated community, or a 6 unit walkup, there is a solution for you. Pricing is designed to adjust to your particular situation as well.

Our Work

Client Use Cases

Different types of facilities each have slightly different needs, but all can be helped with the simple addition of video.

Large Apartment Building

Buildings with many apartments get lots of traffic flow and have a long list of tenant names to scroll through. With so many people coming and going, it is quite common for tenants to not recognize other’s guests, or notice someone who is not supposed to be there. People buzz anyone and just say, “Amazon Delivery” and will often get let in, if the tenant can’t see who they are.

Gated Community

To save money, many gated communities have decided to leave the entry gate unmanned. Now the delivery drivers, or friends/family get stuck at the gate. People often just buzz them in and don’t suspect anything is amiss for 5 or 10 minutes, when they discover their ‘visitor’ wasn’t really their visitor at all, but just wanted access to look for garages left open.

Walkup

Walkups usually have simpler door entry systems…all the names are there with a simple button next to them. Nobody wants to walk downstairs to see who the guest is so they just buzz them in and go back to what they were doing.

Nobody really laid…
